Holy Spirit School is my home; it’s where I grew up. The teachers are like my parents, always telling me what to do. The students are like my brothers and sisters, sometimes we fight and sometimes just fool around, but even though this school felt like home, when I got back to my real home, I always complained and complained about how much homework I got. I always wished to just skip over to middle school, but now I wish I could just go back to the first day of prek-3. The teachers here taught me everything I know. This is where I made the friends I have now. Yes, this school is truly amazing. I never would’ve imagined leaving this school. ~ Graduated Alumni

I am going to miss Holy Spirit School. One of the reasons is the fun we have here with the students, and teachers, like field day. I also like when you don’t see bullies in the hallway. Another reason why I am going to miss Holy Spirit School is the method of how they teach a chapter and relate it to their life, and I know that some of you can’t wait until you’re moving up ceremony, but once you get your wish, you’ll regret it. So I’m going to say this only once HOLY SPIRIT SCHOOL is the best school if you’re looking for an education and friends. ~ Graduated Alumni

I love Holy Spirit School because it gave me a great Catholic Foundation. I had fun learning here. I have enjoyed being with my friends as well. As I move on in life to Middle School, High School and College, I will always remember the time I was in Holy Spirit, especially with my friends and teachers. The staff and kids are very kind, caring and Christian like. I will miss everything and everyone here and have enjoyed every year. I thank you Holy Spirit for all you have done. ~ Graduated Alumni

I love Holy Spirit School because I can be myself, everyone can. I can walk down the hallway and not be worried about being bullied verbally or physically. Another thing that is amazing about Holy Spirit is that you will be accepted no matter what you look like or what you do. When I came to this school in my second to last year, I thought that I might not be accepted for who I was, but I was wrong. I found some of the most amazing friends ever, and the vest part was that I didn’t have to change my personality. I found a huge part of myself here. I know I have only been here for 2 years but they have been the best ever! I would not trade these years for anything. I am so grateful. ~ Graduated Alumni

Holy Spirit School has been my home away from home, ever since I started Kindergarten. I have learned a lot since then including how to read and write as well as learn about science, social studies, and solve math problems. All of this in just six years! I have made great friends during my time here and have also learned about Jesus. My religion classes help me receive the sacraments of Penance and First Communion. I will always remember my school, my friends, my teachers and my church. ~ Graduated Alumni

I have enjoyed each grade you teach, I take a piece of each of you,
as my role model, you’ve inspired me to dream and to work and to reach. Every day you have planted a seed of curiosity and motivation to know and to grow and succeed. You have helped me fulfill my potential; I'm thankful for all that you've done. I will never forget Holy Spirit and you and I just want to say, as staff and teachers, you're all number one! ~ Graduated Alumni

From my first day of prek3, to my very last day of 5th grade, I’ve always felt great warmth whenever I entered Holy Spirit School. Everyone greets you with a smile on their face, and a spirit of joy that you’ve come for another day. It’s easy to fit in because no-one picks on you for who you are. Everyone accepts and believes in you. At Holy Spirit, every teacher strives to help you academically succeed and to make your future a bright one. I’ve learned things as easy as counting to ten in Spanish and things as hard as multi-step word problems in math, but through it all, I understand why my parents sent me to this school and why everyone here tried to help me, and it’s because they truly want me to succeed with their love and the love of God. ~ Graduated Alumni

Holy Spirit makes me feel like I could be myself and accepts me for who I am. Every step of the way friends have been there for me, in the good times and in the bad. I have come a long way and I will always remember this place even when I am in college. All of my teachers have helped me in their own way. They taught me everything I know and I want to thank them. I will never forget the special moments I had here.  ~ Graduated Alumni

I have the best friends at Holy Spirit. I have the best teachers at Holy Spirit. I have the best book buddies at Holy Spirit. I have the best principal at Holy Spirit.  ~ Graduated Alumni

Our daughter can not wait to get into her class in the fall based on all of our family discussions regarding Mrs. Kavulich's class. We have been part of the Holy Spirit School family for 9 years and couldn't be happier. Our children have grown tremendously in their self confidence and are striving academically because of the safe, nurturing environment they are in. Our oldest is now in middle school and continues to thrive as she has the values instilled in her at home and in Holy Spirit School. Our 3rd grader continues to achieve our academic expectations for him as he truly wants to please both his family and his amazing, supportive teachers. Holy Spirit School is a little school with a lot to offer.

We have 2 children in the school currently, one in pre K 4 and one in First Grade. It's testament to the warm and nurturing environment and atmosphere that they love going to school each day. Their progress with reading and writing has surpassed our expectations. Class sizes are small, the teachers are attentive and appear to love what they do. The principal is accessible and very responsive. Overall, this is a lovely little school - we are very happy.

Even though PK3 is comprised of little people just beginning their journey of learning, Holy Spirit's PK3 teacher establishes a trusting bond and a daily routine that ends with the
a b c's. My child and classmates have learned basic social playing skills complemented by the basics of sight words, writing their name, and putting together letters and sounds that allow them to read their first book. Holy Spirit's PK3 program has created an academic, structured environment that allows the teacher to focus on the students as a group, as well as, individually on each child and dedicate the time to helping each student in their own areas of development. My child's love for the Christian faith and values have grown stronger just by attending the school

My child attends 1st at Holy Spirit School. Holy Spirit has an exceptional 1st grade teacher, along with being a published author; she encourages her students to be little mini-authors and composed their own books . At the beginning of the year, each student gets a special journal and throughout the year she encourages creative and imaginative writing. Not only do students love to read but they want to be authors themselves. They write stories, illustrate pictures and truly enjoy expressing their individual thoughts. Along with learning the fundamentals, we are certain the first grade at Holy Spirit School has some budding authors in the making.

Holy Spirit School is a phenomenal academic, spiritual and family experience.  We have been a part of the Holy Spirit Family for 6 years and every year it is better than the last.  My oldest child has excelled academically maintaining A’s year after year. My youngest recently finished the incredible preschool program and is now reading age appropriate books, saying her prayers through memory and has learned values that can’t be taught anywhere else.  The grasp of learning Math, English, Science and Social Studies has been a fun process for both my children, in addition to making best friends for life.  Adding the religious values to their academic ladder just furthers them to become kind, caring and smart children. The teachers’ dedication to our kids is amazing. The small class lends itself to a fun filled learning environment for all levels.  Every teacher was willing to assist my youngest for the first two weeks of the year in helping her acclimate to her new environment. My oldest was brought out of her shell and is now participating in class, volunteering for oral presentations and has just flourished in the Holy Spirit atmosphere.  The Principal’s spirit and structure seals this incredible environment. My children have NEVER woke up and said I do not want to go to school – my husband and I find that priceless!

Our daughter attends Holy Spirit (PreK3 Kindergarten). As parents we are extremely happy with the school. Our daughter's progression in academic, social and religious education is amazing. Her teachers have been exceptional and take a personal interest in every student. Along with an extraordinary academic and religious curriculum, the classes interact socially and with the other grades, creating a sense of family. It warms our hearts that children, teachers, and the principal know each other by name. The parent involvement over the last 3 years is remarkable. We take an active part by volunteering and contributing at classroom functions, weekend fundraisers, and events; making wonderful friends for ourselves and our daughter. We believe her academic, social, religious values and principles will continue to advance, along with her commitment to faith. We look forward to the next 5 years as a Holy Spirit Family.

I LOVE this school. My son is only 3 and is involved in one of the many after school programs offered here. He has made friends and there is a strong parent-teacher relationship. Our principal is always available. We have many fundraisers and family events and will continue next year with some new exciting ideas. My son can't wait for next year! We had originally planned to go to another school, but we are staying at Holy Spirit!
